BECOMING A REAL ESTATE BROKER REQUIREMENTS:
To become a Real Estate Broker you must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED, take a minimum of 19 of 23 class sessions, complete 90 hours of classroom instruction, and have a minimum total score of 225 points out of 300 on 3 required exams. With out these requirements you will not be eligible to be considered a Real Estate Broker.
The Broker Course – 90 Hours
You are required to take a 90 hour online or live pre-licensing courses before you are eligible to take the state real estate exam, and with that in mind, the Globe Charter Real Estate School has a Broker curriculum which will teach you all the fundamentals you’ll need to validate your experience. You’ll learn from the best instructors to gain their expertise and guidance to a path to expertise.
30 HOUR POST LICENSING EDUCATION:
Once you have your broker’s license and are active with a company, you will have two years from the date your license is issued to complete 30 hours of Post Licensing Education. Depending on the time you start during the three year renewal period, you may or may not have to complete more continuing education requirements.
